NOW HIRING!! A-Line is seeking motivated and dependable Inventory Material Handlers for a fast-paced shop and warehouse environment in Odessa, TX. This role involves pulling parts, receiving inventory and equipment, and moving materials throughout the facility to ensure operations run efficiently.

Inventory Material Handler

Odessa, TX
Pay: $20/hr

Schedule

• 12-hour shifts: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM or 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
• Rotation: 11 days on / 3 days off

Position Overview

This is a physically active role requiring candidates to be on their feet for extended periods while performing manual labor tasks throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

• Pull and stage parts and materials for shop operations
• Receive incoming parts, equipment, and inventory shipments
• Move materials and equipment to designated storage or work areas
• Track inventory and storage locations using computer systems
• Maintain organized inventory and work areas
• Follow safety procedures and company processes
• Assist with general warehouse and material handling duties as needed

Requirements

• Steady and reliable work history required
• Basic to intermediate computer skills
• Ability to learn and follow inventory tracking and storage processes
• Comfortable performing physical work including:
• • Walking for long periods
  • Lifting and carrying materials
  • Bending, stooping, and manual labor tasks
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and stay productive in a fast-paced environment

Additional Information

• This is not primarily a forklift position
• Candidates must be comfortable with hands-on, active warehouse work throughout the shift
