Ideally, candidates will have a background in healthcare transactional and regulatory support and experience conducting due diligence, document review, closing support, and project management. Prior experience with False Claims Act and Civil Monetary Penalty investigations and/or managed care litigation would be a significant plus. Qualified candidates will have strong academic credentials, a proven work ethic, careful attention to detail, and flexibility to work after normal business hours as required by filing deadlines. The anticipated full-time annualized salary range is $165,000 to $200,000.
