Associate Director, Real World Value & Evidence (RWV&E) - Hematology

Johnson & Johnson seeks an Associate Director of Real World Value & Evidence for Hematology based in Horsham, Pennsylvania. This role leads real-world evidence generation and outcomes research to support market access and payer value strategies for hematology products and therapeutic areas.
Responsibilities
- Design, execute, and publish real-world evidence studies and outcomes research in compliance with scientific standards
- Develop economic models and research plans for assigned hematology therapeutic areas and products
- Oversee research studies and market access analytics from concept development to publication
- Collaborate with internal and external experts to generate scientific evidence and shape payer communication materials
- Manage project budgets, compliance reporting, and ensure quality of evidence studies and models
Requirements
- Master's degree in health economics, outcomes research, pharmacoepidemiology, or related field
- Minimum 5+ years pharma or healthcare industry experience in health economics, epidemiology, or real-world evidence
- Strong foundation in outcomes research, epidemiology, biostatistics, or economic modeling
- Experience executing projects from concept through publication with minimal oversight
- Strong communication and presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Project management skills with ability to work collaboratively in matrix environments
- Knowledge of US healthcare system, reimbursement, and payer dynamics desirable
