CDL-A DEDICATED DRIVER | REDLANDS, CA | HOME MULTIPLE NIGHTS PER WEEK | HOURLY + PRODUCTION PAYHome Time: Home Multiple Nights per WeekCDL-A Drivers needed within 50 mile radius of Redlands, CA. Drivers must have transportation to and from work, as the tractor must stay at the terminal. Drivers will be home multiple nights per week. Deliveries will be in and around the Redlands area, but could be farther.CompensationCompensation for California resident professional drivers is comprised of (1) Hourly Pay and (2) Production Pay. Hourly Pay is calculated by multiplying the total hours worked by $18.00 per hour. Production Pay is calculated as any amount above your Hourly Pay based on the Trip Calculations Amount. The Trip Calculations Amount is based on the trip mileage. Hourly Pay plus Production Pay will equal $0.88 per mile. In the event that Hourly Pay plus Production Pay does not exceed an hourly wage of $18.00 per hour, you will be paid your total hours worked multiplied by $18.00 per hour. Trips are not considered complete until the load has been fully delivered and the completed paperwork is turned in. Production Pay is not earned until the trip it is associated with is completed and trip paperwork is received by the Company. Your pay includes payment for all actions required to manage and complete the trip and fully deliver the load. Pay for all loading, unloading, fueling, inspections, rest breaks, and other duties and tasks that are required to complete the trip are included in your pay, including uploading the trip paperwork into Transflo within 12 hours of completion of the load.Additional Rest Break PayIn addition to the Hourly Base Pay, the Company will also pay you Additional Rest Break Pay. You will earn Additional Rest Break Pay for 10-minute Rest Breaks as set forth in the following table:Hours Worked in California Compensated Rest BreaksLess than 3.5 03.5 – 6.0 16.1 –10 210.1 – 14 3Your Additional Rest Break Pay will be paid at an hourly rate of $10.00. You will receive the Additional Rest Break Pay even if you do not take any actual Rest Breaks.BenefitsLandair offers a comprehensive benefits program. On the 1st day of the month following 60 days of active service, you may elect to participate in the following employee benefit plans: Medical, Dental, Vision, Optional Life, Optional STD/LTD, and Flexible Spending Accounts. Following 180 days of active service, you may elect to participate in the company’s 401(k) plan. If you miss the deadline, you will not be able to elect benefits until open enrollment of each year.Vacation/Paid Sick LeaveAfter 90 days of service, you will be granted 24 hours of Paid Sick Leave. Additionally, upon your first anniversary, you will be eligible for 40 hours of vacation. Upon your second anniversary, you will be eligible for 80 hours of vacation. Upon your fifth anniversary, you will be eligible for 120 hours of vacation. No earned vacation will accrue during your first year of work.
