Job Responsibilities

• Work 24-hour shifts, starting with rounding from 8 AM to 5 PM, followed by overnight on-call duties.
• Provide locum coverage every other week, totaling two weeks per month.
• Conduct rounding on unassigned inpatient cardiology patients.
• Receive support from Advanced Practice Clinicians (APC) during rounding hours.
• Operate within an inpatient cardiology environment, with required ICU coverage.
• Perform non-invasive cardiology procedures, including echocardiography and nuclear cardiology.
• Manage STEMI cases and interpret echocardiograms and EKGs.
• Preferred skills include Transesophageal Echocardiography (TEE) and diagnostic invasive cardiology.
