BluePearl Pet Hospital in Pittsburgh, PA, is seeking a full-time Dermatology Veterinarian (board-certified or residency-trained) to build and lead a high-performing Dermatology service. If you're passionate about delivering advanced dermatologic care, driving service growth, and making a meaningful impact within a collaborative specialty environmentthis is a unique opportunity to shape and grow a thriving dermatology program.

What You'll Do

• Provide advanced dermatology diagnostics and treatments using state-of-the-art technology
• Collaborate with a strong, ER and multidisciplinary specialty team (Critical Care, Diagnostic Imaging, Neurology, Oncology, Ophthalmology, Surgery, and an established Internal Medicine service!)
• Access to cutting edge technology and a full-time blood bank
• Deliver compassionate, clear communication to pet owners

What You Bring

• DVM/VMD with dermatology residency completion (or residency-trained)
• PA veterinary license (or ability to obtain)
• Strong clinical, diagnostic, and client communication skills
• Team-focused, compassionate, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
