Production Supervisor

Job description:

We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee 15 others our Bakery Manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production management and a passion for continuous improvement. This role requires expertise in various manufacturing processes, including lean manufacturing principles, and proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP and MRP. The Production Manager will be responsible for ensuring efficient production planning, quality control, and effective supply chain management to meet our operational goals.

Responsibilitie

Oversee daily production operations within the bakery manufacturing facility to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met
Implement and maintain lean manufacturing practices to optimize production processes and reduce waste
Utilize ERP systems, including SAP and MRP, for effective production planning and invento
Ensure that materials and supplies are in a positive flo

Work Schedule: Night Shift

Production supervisors must be willing to work 12-hours per day on the our normal 2-2-3 shift 7 p.m - 7 a.m. regime and be available for overtime as-needed. Weekend work is required across all shifts. Occasional travel may be necessary.

Education (degree): Bachelors’ degree or equivalent work experience
