Your Key Responsibilities

  • Employ radiographic and CT techniques to acquire high-quality diagnostic images prepared for physician interpretation
  • Work closely with radiologists and your healthcare team to ensure precise diagnoses
  • Appropriately position patients and adjust equipment settings for optimal imaging outcomes
  • Adhere to strict radiation safety protocols for the protection of patients and staff
  • Maintain accurate documentation, including imaging logs and equipment maintenance records
  • Practice compassionate care during the imaging process, ensuring patient comfort
  • Contribute to a well-organized, safe, and efficient imaging environment

Educational Background

  • Completion of an Associate's Degree in Radiologic Technology is required; a Bachelor's Degree is advantageous
  • Graduation from an accredited imaging program is mandatory

Certifications You'll Need

  • ARRT certification in CT and/or Radiography is necessary
  • Current BLS certification or the ability to obtain within 90 days of hire
