We are a growing manufacturer seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative who is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

This position is more than a traditional customer service role. We are looking for someone with strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and the leadership potential to grow as our company continues to expand.

What You'll Do

• Build strong relationships with customers and serve as their primary point of contact.
• Process orders accurately and efficiently.
• Coordinate with sales, production, purchasing, and shipping to ensure on-time delivery.
• Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and urgency.
• Track orders, communicate updates, and proactively solve problems.
• Continuously look for ways to improve the customer experience and internal processes.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of customer service, inside sales, account management, or order management experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively with multiple departments.
• Experience using ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
• A positive, team-first attitude with a desire to lead by example.
• Demonstrated leadership experience—or clear leadership potential—is highly valued.
