- Licensing/Certifications: Kansas or Compact RN license, BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, TNCC
- Additional Requirements: Rare floating, as needed weekend and holiday shifts, one on-call shift/week, orientation Mondays, credentials due by Wednesday before start date

- Provide direct patient care in emergency department setting
- Assess and prioritize patient needs efficiently
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
- Administer medications and treatments according to protocols
- Document patient interactions accurately and thoroughly
- Respond to emergency situations promptly and effectively
- Ensure compliance with all safety and healthcare standards
- Kansas or Compact RN license (active/in good standing)
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, TNCC certifications
- Minimum of 3+ years ER nursing experience; 5+ years preferred
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
