Travel Ultrasound Technologist
Location: Hilo, Hawaii
Contract: 13 Weeks
Schedule: Variable | 40-Hour Work Schedule + Call as Needed

We are seeking an experienced Ultrasound Technologist / Sonographer with strong general, OB/GYN, and vascular ultrasound skills for a travel assignment in Hilo, HI. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working across a broad range of diagnostic procedures and patient populations.
✅ Requirements
Active Hawaii license/credential as required
Minimum 3 years of full-time sonography experience
At least 3 years of acute hospital experience
At least one completed travel contract
ARDMS (AB), ARDMS (OB), and ARDMS (RVT)
Current AHA BLS certification
Must be comfortable floating to other departments/units
Clinical Expertise
Abdominal: Aorta, IVC, liver/biliary, pancreas, spleen, renal
OB/GYN: First, second, and third trimester, transvaginal studies, pelvic imaging, fetal assessment, complications, and abnormalities
Vascular: Carotid duplex, segmental pressure studies, upper and lower extremity arterial and venous duplex
Breast & Small Parts: Breast, thyroid, scrotum/testes, abdominal wall, focal masses, and hematomas
Neonatal: Neonatal head and congenital anomalies
Procedures: Aspirations, biopsies, drainage, and intraoperative ultrasound
