Job Details Job Title: OB Anesthesiologist – 24‑hour shifts Salary: $575,000 Annual – W‑2 Position Start Date Bonus: $100K Location: Downtown Division, Valley Anesthesiology Consultants, Envision Physician Services, Phoenix, AZ Shift Pattern: 7 24‑hour shifts per week (including 2 weekend shifts on Friday/Saturday). Participate in 24‑hour shifts, including weekend coverage. Maintain patient safety and quality standards during all phases of anesthesia.
