Regional MDS Coordinator
Eagle Point Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional MDS Coordinator to join our team. As a Regional MDS Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the maintenance of accurate and compliant Minimum Data Set (MDS) assessments for our long-term care facilities in FL. If you have previous regional experience in long-term care and are passionate about delivering high-quality care, we encourage you to apply for this rewarding opportunity.
As a Regional MDS Coordinator, you will:
- Oversee the completion of MDS assessments for our facilities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with federal and state regulations
- Collaborate with facility staff to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to MDS assessments
- Provide education and training to facility staff on MDS assessment requirements and best practices
- Develop and maintain relationships with facility leaders and staff to ensure a collaborative and effective working environment
- Stay up-to-date with changing regulations and guidelines, making recommendations for process improvements and implementing changes as needed
Requirements:
- Must have previous regional experience in long-term care
- Must obtain RN license in the state of Florida
- Must have previous MDS coordinator experience in long-term care
