Desktop Support Analyst

Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Desktop Support Agent for a top equipment rental and construction services client. This individual will serve as the first point of contact for end users, providing high-volume technical support in a fast-paced desktop support environment. The ideal candidate has strong customer service skills, hands‑on experience troubleshooting Windows-based hardware and software issues, and the ability to effectively document and resolve support tickets. This role is heavily phone‑focused and will support users with password resets, Active Directory tasks, printer issues, desktop and laptop troubleshooting, and general IT support requests. The team operates in a highly collaborative environment with no formal tier structure, giving candidates broad exposure to a variety of technologies and opportunities to grow their technical skill set while delivering excellent customer service. This is a contract to hire role, on site in Modesto, CA.
