Cabinet Builder – Assembly Division

Location: Seneca, KS
Schedule: Monday to Friday | 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Status: Full-time | 40 hours/week

About the Role

As a Cabinet Builder, you'll be hands-on crafting cabinet box structures that go into homes and businesses across the country. You'll work closely with a Production Supervisor and teammates to deliver top-quality workmanship using hand and power tools. If you're dependable, detail-oriented, and enjoy building things with your hands, this opportunity is for you.

Responsibilities

• Assemble wood cabinet box frames using hand tools and power tools
• Identify different wood types and ensure proper use
• Operate drills, pin guns, and standard carpentry tools
• Inspect parts and report any defects or material issues
• Keep workstations clean and follow all safety procedures
• Perform basic maintenance on tools as needed
• Be open to training and guidance on machine setup and tasks
• Follow safety standards at all times — stay alert and safe on the job

What We’re Looking For

• Able to communicate clearly (verbally or in writing)
• Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and lifting (up to 78 lbs)
• Team player who can take feedback and learn on the go
• Attention to detail with a results-driven mindset
• No experience required — training is provided
• Bonus if you have machine operation experience

Work Environment

• Non-air-conditioned facility — expect warm temperatures
• PPE required (we’ll provide it)
• You’ll be exposed to wood dust, mechanical parts, and noise
• Hearing protection provided for loud environments
