Front Desk Receptionist
$16 - $17 per hourSpinal Care Center Orlando
Front Desk Receptionist Duties: - Greet and welcome patients, visitors, and clients in a friendly and professional manner - Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate staff members - Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar - Check-in patients and update their information in the system - Collect payments and provide receipts - Assist with filing, organizing, and maintaining patient records - Perform general clerical duties such as data entry, photocopying, and faxing - Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly - Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations Weekdays only. Hours will be discussed in the phone interview. Chiropractic background is very helpful. Spanish is extremely helpful. Qualifications: - Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is preferred - Knowledge of medical office procedures is a plus - Proficient in using Google Suite or similar software for email, scheduling, and document management - Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information - Basic proofreading skills for reviewing documents We offer competitive pay based on experience and qualifications.
