Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of recent experience as a paraprofessional in schools, ABA clinics, or in-home settings
• High school diploma or higher required
• Understanding of special and general education environments is highly desirable
• Patient, adaptive, and skilled in building relationships with students of varying needs

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct 1:1 support or classroom assistance for students in both general and special education
• Assist students during academic lessons, transition periods, lunch, and other daily activities
• Foster an inclusive and supportive learning environment
