Shift: 1:45 PM - 3:15 AM

Experience:

• 18 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• 12 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience with 1 months worked in the last 12 months.

• Experience with Epic is preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Wisconsin license or compact license (required for submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Local & travel allowed.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: SimpliFi Program - Advocate Health Midwest and no current placement allowed at Program: SimpliFi Program - Advocate Health Midwest.

• 12 months gap required between for Part-Time at Program: SimpliFi Program - Advocate Health Midwest and no current placement allowed at Program: SimpliFi Program - Advocate Health Midwest.

• 12 months gap required between for Per Diem at Program: SimpliFi Program - Advocate Health Midwest and no current placement allowed at Program: SimpliFi Program - Advocate Health Midwest.

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: Chest tubes, stable trach management (preferred), IV skills, port/central lines, knowledgeable on CPAP/BiPAP/Airvo

Unit/Facility Details: Free Parking

Shift & Scheduling:

• Will accept 48-hour contract.

• 0145-0315 shifts. 3 shifts a week. Starting August 23rd will be 19-07.

• Weekend Rotation: Every other weekend

• On Call, Call Back Requirements: No

• Holiday Requirements: Rotation

Floating Requirements: Like Medical Surgical Units and ED Boarding

7 days maximum time off

1 Charge/Lead reference required from within the last 12 months

1 Manager/Supervisor reference required from within the last 12 months
