Clinical Operations Specialist

Zimmer Biomet seeks a Clinical Operations Specialist to execute clinical trial activities, manage site operations, and maintain regulatory compliance. This remote role supports study execution, documentation, and cross-functional coordination across clinical research initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Execute assigned clinical operations tasks and activities
• Conduct site qualification, initiation, and closeout procedures
• Manage ethics committee submissions and maintain approval documentation
• Maintain clinical study tracking systems and documentation repositories
• Support inspection readiness through accurate documentation practices

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 2 years relevant experience, or Associate's degree and 4 years experience, or High School Diploma and 6 years experience
• Working knowledge of clinical trial operations
• Understanding of clinical research regulations and quality standards
• Strong organizational and documentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and attention to detail
• Life Sciences, Nursing, Engineering, or related field degree preferred
• 2+ years clinical research or clinical operations experience preferred

Compensation: $88,000-$110,000 base salary per year plus performance bonus
