Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a Med/Surg Oncology unit
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care for oncology patients
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
• Monitor and document patient progress, reporting changes in condition to the care team
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care and discharge planning

Required Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted RN license in the state of West Virginia or a compact state
• Current BLS certification
• Experience in a Med/Surg or Oncology nursing setting
• Must reside within 50 miles of the facility location
• Any licensing disciplinary history must be disclosed at time of submission

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a dedicated Oncology or Med/Surg Oncology unit
• Familiarity with oncology-specific medications, chemotherapy protocols, and patient education
