Requirements

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of X-Ray experience
• Minimum 2 years of current Mammography experience
• ARRT (R) Certification required
• ARRT (M) Certification required
• Massachusetts Radiology License required
• BLS (AHA) Certification required
• Must be proficient in both Mammography and General X-Ray
• Meditech Expanse experience highly preferred
• Must be willing to work weekends and evenings as needed
• Must have own transportation

Responsibilities

• Perform Mammography and General Radiology examinations
• Produce high-quality diagnostic images
• Provide exceptional patient care and education
• Operate and troubleshoot imaging equipment
• Utilize PACS, RIS, and HIS systems
• Follow infection control and safety protocols
• Maintain patient confidentiality
• Assist with departmental quality and compliance initiatives

Skills & Experience

• Strong independent decision-making skills
• Excellent patient care and communication abilities
• Knowledge of digital radiography and mammography systems
• Current continuing education requirements for Mammography and Radiology maintained
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced imaging environment
