What You Will Do: Negotiate and administer multiple subcontract types, to include but not limited to, Firm Fixed Price, Cost Reimbursement, Time and Materials, as well as development/R&D efforts. Evaluate, identify, and select suppliers that meet Raytheon requirements. Develop business partner relationship with suppliers. Generate and negotiate Long Term Price Agreements and other related agreements. Work closely with Program Office representatives and Engineering to define and implement procurement strategies and develop subcontract Statements of Work. Solicit competitive and single/sole source proposals from prospective subcontractors, perform source selection analysis, and employ price and cost analysis techniques to make a fair and reasonable price determination. Monitor subcontractor performance metrics and recommend/implement corrective actions as necessary. Prepare subcontract documentation in accordance with established company, customer and government FAR and DFAR regulations. Qualifications You Must Have: Typically requires a Bachelor’s and a minimum of 5 years prior relevant experience, or an Advance Degree in a related field and a minimum of 3 years experience. Experience with reading and understanding drawing specifications. U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee or asylee) or eligible to obtain necessary export authorizations required. Qualifications We Prefer: Experience with supplier management. Experience working within SAP software application. Experience in leading formal negotiations (price, schedule, and Experience FAR and DFAR regulations Experience making presentations (verbal and/or written) to key stakeholders Experience leading executive and program level supplier reviews. The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
