HIRING IMMEDIATELY: COOLER LOADER IN NAZARETH, PA

Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Cooler Loader to join our team in Nazareth, Pennsylvania. This individual will be responsible for safely and accurately loading outbound trailers with refrigerated products while maintaining product quality, inventory accuracy, and food safety standards. Pay, Schedule, and Location

• Starting at $17/hour
• Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision
• Night shift starting at 4pm
• Located in Nazareth, Pennsylvania

Duties and Responsibilities

• Load customer orders onto trailers accurately and efficiently according to load plans.
• Verify products, quantities, and pallet labels before loading.
• Inspect trailers to ensure cleanliness and proper temperature prior to loading.
• Operate electric pallet jacks (EPJ) and other powered warehouse equipment safely.
• Secure loads to prevent product damage during transportation.
• Maintain inventory accuracy by reporting shortages, damages, or discrepancies.
• Follow all food safety, GMP, OSHA, and company safety procedures.
• Keep the loading area clean, organized, and free of hazards.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, selectors, dispatch, and quality control personnel.
• Meet daily productivity, accuracy, and attendance expectations.
• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.

Requirements and Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous warehouse, distribution, or cooler/freezer experience preferred.
• Experience operating an Electric Pallet Jack (EPJ) is preferred.
• Ability to work in a refrigerated environment (approximately 34&degree;F–38&degree;F).
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Frequently stand, walk, bend, twist, reach, and lift throughout the shift.
• Repetitive pushing and pulling of loaded pallets.
• Ability to work in cold temperatures for extended periods.
• Ability to safely operate powered industrial equipment
• Warehouse Management System (WMS) experience.
• Knowledge of warehouse safety procedures.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume distribution environment.
