We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Project Engineer to oversee and support multiple Industrial construction projects from planning through execution. This role requires a strong understanding of contract plans and specifications, field operations, project scheduling, cost forecasting, and team leadership. The ideal candidate will have a few construction projects under their belt, proactive in identifying and resolving issues, ensuring compliance at the site, and driving operational excellence with the team. Location: This project is based in Point Pleasant WV. Qualifications

Undergraduate degree in Construction Management, Construction Engineering, or equivalent. 5–10+ years of experience in construction or engineering. Proven experience managing engineers and project teams. Ability to read, analyze, and identify discrepancies in engineering plans, specifications, and contract documents. Working knowledge of project controls terminology and scheduling practices. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint, and Outlook.

Other Requirements: Regular, reliable attendance. Work productively and meet deadlines timely. Communicate and interact effectively and professionally with supervisors, employees, and others individually or in a team environment. Perform work safely and effectively. Understand and follow oral and written instructions, including warning signs, equipment use, and other policies. Work during normal operating hours to organize and complete work within given deadlines. Work overtime and weekends as required. May work at various different locations and conditions may vary

Base Compensation: $116,000/yr - $121,000/yr (Actual compensation is subject to variation due to such factors as education, experience, skillset, and/or location)
