Job Description:

He is managing CPO and Purchasing.

Requirements:

Strong experience with SAP and Ariba

Direct purchasing experience required

3 to 5+ years of experience

Experience working with electronics companies

Experience supporting business operations

Onsite role based in Austin, TX

Strong skills in Excel, purchase order tracking, and Microsoft Office

Experience handling pricing changes

Good communication skills with internal and external stakeholders

Looking for a Buyer candidate

JOB DUTIES: Requires experience buying small component parts, hard drives and cables. Needs familiarity with the standard distribution suppliers. MRP experience preferred. Knowledge of a PO system (no specific one required). Ensures timely order placement of product or service requirements from pre-selected sources of supply. Issues releases against pre-established blanket purchase orders. Provides follow-up information on delivery schedule status. Prepares and maintains reports and files. Provides general assistance to Buyers and Section Managers in routine purchasing activities. Performs other duties as assigned.EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION: Minimum of 0-2 years of direct purchasing experience;Requires knowledge of purchasing systems and procedures;Word processing and spreadsheet skills highly desirable;Electronic component experience, preferred.
