- Position Type: Full-time (1.0 FTE) \n
- Office Hours: Monday, 7:30am to 6pm, Tuesday through Friday, 7:30am to 5pm \n
- Location: 611 E Main St Hart, MI 49420 \n
- Specialty: Family Medicine Physician \n
- Team Size: 2 providers, 3 APPs, 2 LMSW, Pharm D, Care manager and 21 support staff \n
- Teaching Opportunities: Yes Residents, Medical Students, Fellows \n
- Call Requirements: On call is shared between the Whitehall, Shelby, Hart & Ludington offices. Physicians rotated a on call week throughout the year (approx. 8 times a year depending on the number of providers in the call pool.) \n

Requirements

- Open to new graduates \n
- Board certified in their respective clinical specialty or must achieve board certification within the timeframe defined by the applicable specialty board. \n
- Active Michigan medical license (or ability to obtain) \n
- DEA license \n
Duties & Responsibilities

- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams \n
- Participating in teaching and mentoring \n
- Documenting in Epic EMR \n
- Engaging in quality improvement initiatives \n
