Heavy Machine Operator

Pay: $15.00+ DOE

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Heavy Machine Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating excavators while maintaining a strong commitment to safety, productivity, and quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate an excavator on construction and job sites.
• Perform daily equipment inspections and report any maintenance needs.
• Excavate, grade, trench, and move materials as directed.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Work effectively with crew members and supervisors to complete projects on schedule.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of excavator operating experience .
• Valid driver's license preferred.
• CDL is not required.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physically demanding tasks when needed.
• Strong attention to safety and detail.
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.

Pay & Benefits

• $15.00+ (based on experience)

Dress Code

• Steel-toe boots are required.
• Long pants and a high-visibility safety vest must be worn on the job site.
• Hard hat, safety glasses, and gloves are required when on active work sites.
