ROLE DESCRIPTION As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Daphine Willingham - State Farm Agent, you will focus on increasing insurance sales opportunities to our existing customers while maintaining and enhancing these important relationships. Your primary duties will include resolving customer inquiries on billing and account changes, coordinating with other agency team members, and proactively anticipating the needs of our customers. We anticipate internal growth opportunities for especially driven and sales-minded candidates. RESPONSIBILITIES Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information. Offer insurance products to existing customers. Assist customers with policy changes and updates. Process insurance claims and follow up with customers. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Participating in marketing campaigns and community events to promote State Farm products. QUALIFICATIONS Licensed Personal Lines or P&C Producer. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and able to multitask. Previous customer service experience preferred. Results-driven and self-motivated.
