MD/DO General Internal Medicine

Position Overview Emplify Health by Gundersen in La Crosse, WI seeks a general internist to join an established, ambulatory primary care group. Key Responsibilities Provide primary care to patients during weekday daytime hours. Maintain a purely ambulatory practice with no inpatient responsibilities. Participate in minimal at‑home call (no overnight coverage). Teach, supervise, and mentor medical students, residents, fellows, and advanced practice clinicians. Collaborate with Medical Staff and participate in outreach services as needed. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited medical training program. Board certified or eligible in internal medicine. Licensed to practice in Wisconsin, Minnesota, or Iowa with no restrictions. Experience or willingness to provide educational and academic support. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
