Warehouse AssociateInductotherm Corp. has an exciting opportunity for a full-time Warehouse Associate to join our team in Rancocas, New Jersey, Monday–Friday, hours ranging from 5:00am-5:00pm, and may require occasional weekend work as needed.The Warehouse Associate will assist with various warehouse tasks, including storing materials, picking, packing and scanning orders. In this position you will be preparing orders by processing requests and supplying orders, pulling materials, maintaining accurate inventory records, and should be computer literate. The Warehouse Associate will operate a forklift, overhead crane, electric pallet truck, double reach truck and cherry picker. Previous warehouse experience preferred.Duties/Responsibilities:Process and fulfill order requests by accurately picking, packing, and scanning materialsStore and organize inventory to maintain accuracy and accessibilityMaintain accurate inventory records using electronic warehouse systemsOperate material handling equipment, including forklifts, overhead cranes, electric pallet trucks, double reach trucks, and cherry pickersFollow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, orderly work areaCommunicate effectively with team members and all levels of managementPerform general warehouse duties and support operations as needed.Work regularly scheduled hours with the ability and willingness to work reasonable overtime.Perform additional duties as assigned.Required Skills/Abilities:Strong basic math skills; ability to read measuring devices such as rulers, tape measures, and formulas.Ability to listen to and understand spoken information.Ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally.Computer literacy.Experience reading bills of materials (BOMs)Strong attention to detail and ability to handle equipment responsiblyMust hold a valid driver's license and be able to drive an automobile.Ability to maintain a safe and organized work environment.Education and Experience:High School Diploma or GED required.Previous warehouse experience preferred.Physical Requirements:Must have good perception, able to see details at close range and be able to distinguish between colors.Ability to stand for 8–10 hours and safely climb.Must be very coordinated, dexterous, have good strength (able to use both hands) and able to lift/move objects weighing up to 50lbs.Must make us aware of any surgical implants, pins, braces or other devices that could be affected by induction fields.Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.Salary: Salaries are based upon candidate experience and qualifications.Salary Range: $19.37 – $23.69/hourRelocation: Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position.Condition of Employment: Must be able to satisfactorily complete the Inductotherm Corp. hiring process, which includes a comprehensive assessment, drug testing, and a background check.Total Rewards: Inductotherm Corp. strives to deliver a Total Rewards package that attracts, engages, and retains top talent.
