Product Manager
Job Summary: The Product Manager should have a background in Clinical Development and Knowledge of the eCOA product/process. You will leverage your extensive experience to guide and support our clients in navigating complex regulatory landscapes. You will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance and optimizing product strategies.
This hybrid role offers the flexibility of working both remotely and on-site, with no travel required.
Experience: 10 - 12 years

Responsibilities:
- The Product Manager should have a background in Clinical Development and Knowledge of the eCOA product/process
- Oversee the preparation and submission of regulatory documents to relevant authorities
- Provide expert guidance on regulatory requirements and best practices to internal teams and clients
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align regulatory strategies with business objectives
- Analyze regulatory changes and assess their impact on product development and market access
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with regulatory agencies and stakeholders
- Ensure timely and accurate communication of regulatory updates and requirements to all relevant parties
- Support the development of training materials and conduct training sessions on regulatory compliance
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of regulatory processes and recommend improvements
- Facilitate the resolution of regulatory issues and challenges in a proactive manner
- Contribute to the development of regulatory policies and procedures to enhance compliance
- Utilize your expertise in research and development to provide insights into regulatory trends and innovations
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance regulatory efficiency and effectiveness
Qualifications:
- Possess a deep understanding of regulatory frameworks and product compliance requirements
- Demonstrate strong analytical skills to assess regulatory impacts and develop strategic solutions
- Exhibit excellent communication skills to effectively convey complex regulatory information
- Show proficiency in preparing and submitting regulatory documentation
- Have experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve regulatory goals
- Display a proactive approach to identifying and resolving regulatory challenges
- Bring a background in research and development to inform regulatory strategies
