You will have your own case load to manage that requires timely and accurately performed tasks according to benefit plan rules and federal time restrictions. You will:Meet with customers, by phone, to explain the claims processVerify benefit eligibility and follow up on eligibility issuesCorrespond with customers about documents necessary to complete their benefit claimAccurately enter data into claims processing systemCandidates must successfully complete a 12-week paid training program.
