If you enjoy working with students, are adaptable, and want to make a difference in education, we'd love to hear from you. What You'll Do: Follow lesson plans provided by the regular classroom teacher Maintain a safe, respectful, and productive classroom environment Complete required documentation, as needed Assist students with assignments and answer questions as needed Communicate important information to school staff and administrators Adapt to different grade levels, subjects, and classroom settings What We're Looking For: Reliable, professional, and flexible Strong communication and classroom management skills Ability to work effectively with students, staff, and families Adaptability and confidence in a variety of classroom settings Positive attitude and commitment to student success Ability to follow school policies and procedures Ability to complete required pre-employment screenings & training Why Join Us?
