Concrete Project Manager/Estimator

An outstanding, full-time opening has become available in the Silt/Glenwood Springs, CO area for an individual with 5+ years’ experience as a Project Manager/Estimator with a background in Concrete projects . This position would earn a generous base salary and great benefits package including medical benefits, a 401K w/ matching, PTO and other outstanding perks. All candidates MUST have the following experiences to qualify for consideration: 5+ years of Project Management and Estimation experience, working with Concrete projects in Commercial, Residential, Institutional, and retail construction is PREFERRED Experience with Concrete projects including: Flatwork, Foundations, Stairs, decorative concrete, Architectural walls, and other specialty work is a BIG PLUS Experience with Budgeting, Material Management, manpower planning, blueprint-reading, and Project Tracking is a MUST Familiarity assisting with submittals, pulling permits, and preparing reports is a PLUS Some knowledge of Bluebeam, Maxwell ProContractor, and Microsoft Excel software is a BIG PLUS Degree, Vocational School, and/or Certifications in Engineering, or Construction Management is PREFERRED If interested and QUALIFIED , please send resume in Microsoft Word format to: View email address on click.appcast.io #J-18808-Ljbffr
