Einstein Bros. Bagels We are looking for a Shift Leader! What a day in the life of a Shift Leader looks like Our Shift Leaders collaborate directly with the General Manager to help motivate the team to deliver a great guest experience. We empower Shift Leaders to take charge and set the morale and tone of the team. They provide feedback and coach team members when needed. Shift Leaders open and close the store with little to no supervision. Employees pride themselves on ensuring the quality of the food and beverages served and maintaining a safe and clean store environment. As a Shift Leader, you will have the opportunity to grow your career as many General Managers started as Shift Leaders and Team Members.
