Work will include troubleshooting, maintenance, service, and installation support for HVAC equipment.Equipment We Work On* Furnaces* Boilers* Rooftop units* Central air conditioners* Ductless split systems* Heat pumps* Zoning systems* General residential and small commercial HVAC equipment### Responsibilities* Complete HVAC maintenance and service calls professionally* Diagnose and repair heating and cooling equipment* Assist with small commercial and residential installations* Communicate clearly with customers and the company* Maintain clean, safe, and professional job sites* Follow all applicable codes, safety standards, and trade requirementsMust Have* Own non-branded van or truck* TSSA registration* G2 gas licence minimum; G1 preferred* 313D licence minimum; 313A preferred* Business insurance* Own tools and ability to work independently* Professional attitude and reliable communication### CompensationPay is $70-$100 per hour depending on experience, licensing, job type, and scope of work. Final paystructure can be discussed directly.Ideal CandidateYou are a reliable HVAC technician who can handle service and maintenance work without needing to bemicromanaged.
