Location: Lancaster, TX 75134
Pay Rate : $18.00 per hour
Schedule : Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM

Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented LTS Machine Operator to support screen preparation and production operations at Texas Nameplate. This position is responsible for operating equipment, inspecting and preparing screens, coating and stretching screens, mixing production materials, and ensuring screens meet quality standards before printing.

The ideal candidate will have strong computer skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate equipment and use computer systems to support production.
• Inspect screens for defects and quality before printing.
• Expose, coat, stretch, and prepare screens for production.
• Mix resist, back coat resist, and emulsion according to specifications.
• Schedule jobs and maintain production workflow.
• Refabricate frames as needed to support production.

Position Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Must speak English or be bilingual.
• Previous experience in manufacturing, screen printing, or a production environment is preferred.
• Basic to intermediate computer skills are required to operate machine interfaces, manage digital job files, and support production setup.
• Strong attention to detail is required to ensure image quality, registration accuracy, and screen readiness prior to production.
• The ability to work with screen-making processes, including artwork alignment, exposure setup, and image transfer, is preferred.
• Knowledge of screen-printing materials, coatings, emulsions, and related consumables is preferred.
• The ability to prioritize multiple jobs and maintain workflow in a fast-paced production environment is required.
• Strong organizational skills are required to manage screen inventory, job sequencing, and production readiness.
• The ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with screen printing, production, and quality teams is required.
• The ability to stand for extended periods and safely handle screens, frames, and related materials is required.
• Must be able to maintain a positive working relationship with Supervisor/Dept Lead and co-workers.
• Display exemplary attention to safety issues, including personal safety of self and co-workers.
