Qualifications

• 2 years of management experience in a dental practice
• Dental office experience required
• Strong knowledge of dental insurance processes and billing
• Excellent organizational leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and dental practice management software
• High level of attention to detail professionalism and confidentiality

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency compliance and exceptional patient care

• Manage scheduling staffing and workflow to maximize productivity and patient satisfaction
• Support treatment planning billing and insurance processing
• Monitor office financial performance including collections receivables expenses and reporting
• Maintain inventory equipment and overall office organization
• Recruit train coach and develop team members
• Address patient and employee concerns professionally and effectively
