We're looking for someone who is:

• A licensed Registered Nurse with at least 1 year of hands-on clinical experience
• Extremely dependable and reliable — if you're scheduled, your team knows they can count on you
• A hard worker who isn't afraid to jump in wherever help is needed
• Positive, friendly, professional, and genuinely enjoys working with people
• Confident starting IVs and drawing blood
• Comfortable working with older adults and patients who may have difficult veins
• Able to multitask and stay organized in a busy clinic environment
• Someone who takes initiative rather than waiting to be told what to do
• Detail-oriented and able to follow clinical protocols
• Comfortable learning new treatments, procedures, and technology
• Willing to help both the clinical and front-office sides of the practice
• A team player who understands that in a small, growing clinic, everyone helps each other
• Interested in finding a long-term professional home , not simply a short-term position

What You'll Be Doing

This is a hands-on position with variety. Some days you'll be providing clinical care, educating patients, assisting with treatments, answering phones, helping at the front desk, and keeping the clinic moving—all in the same day.

Responsibilities may include:

• Greeting patients and making them feel welcome, comfortable, and cared for
• Starting and monitoring IV therapies
• Preparing IV bags according to clinic protocols and provider orders
• Performing blood draws
• Taking and documenting vital signs
• Assisting with patient consultations and education
• Performing tattoo-removal treatments (training provided)
• Assisting with wellness treatments and procedures within your scope of practice
• Accurately documenting patient care
• Maintaining a clean, sanitary, and organized clinical environment
• Monitoring clinical supplies and helping maintain inventory
• Helping the clinical team maintain efficient patient flow
• Learning new treatments and technologies as the clinic continues to grow

Front-Office & Team Responsibilities

Because we're a close-knit practice, this isn't a position where you'll only perform nursing tasks.

At times, you'll also help with:

• Greeting and checking in patients
• Answering phones
• Scheduling appointments
• Communicating with patients
• Collecting payments and assisting with checkout
• Helping keep the front desk organized
• General administrative tasks
• Stepping in wherever needed to help the clinic run smoothly

We believe great teams help each other. If the front desk is busy, we jump in. If the clinical side needs help, we jump in. We're looking for someone who naturally works that way too.

Experience

Experience with any of the following is a plus:

• IV therapy
• Phlebotomy
• Difficult IV access
• Older adult patients
• Outpatient care
• Wellness medicine
• Functional or integrative healthcare

You don't need experience with every treatment we provide. We're willing to train the right person.

What is much harder to teach is reliability, work ethic, initiative, kindness, and being a great teammate. Those qualities are extremely important to us.

This Probably Isn't the Right Position If...

This position probably won't be a good fit if you:

• Frequently call off or have difficulty maintaining a consistent schedule
• Prefer to only do tasks that fall strictly within your job description
• Don't enjoy interacting with patients
• Don't like helping at the front desk when needed
• Need to be reminded repeatedly about tasks
• Prefer waiting for someone to tell you what to do rather than taking initiative
• Struggle with multitasking or changing priorities
• Aren't interested in learning new things
• Are simply looking for a temporary position until something else comes along

Required

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 1 year of hands-on clinical nursing experience
• Day-shift availability
• Strong IV and phlebotomy skills
• Dependability and consistent attendance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
