As an Account Associate for State Farm, you are vital to our everyday business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Fast start your career as you better your community. Manage customer accounts and update their information in the database.
Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
Extraordinary organizational skills, deadline motivation, attentive listener, and outstanding attention to detail.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
Compensation: $75,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Business Insurance, and Health Insurance.
Our office is located in Cumming, GA.
Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Agent Team Member.
