Print Operator Opportunity Pay: $18.50/HR Location: North Phoenix Shift: C Shift Sunday: 8:00 PM - 5:18 AM Monday - Thursday: 10:00 PM - 6:18 AM A well-established paper production company in North Phoenix is looking for a dependable Print Operator to join their team! This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity with a company that offers a stable schedule, a clean work environment, and excellent opportunities for long-term career growth. Job Duties: Operate industrial printing machines that produce customer billing envelopes Program and set up print jobs using computerized equipment Monitor multiple machines to ensure continuous production Load large paper rolls (approximately 5-foot diameter) onto machinery using carts Perform daily machine cleaning and basic maintenance Inspect printed materials for quality and accuracy Cross-train on multiple printing machines and production processes Maintain a clean and safe work environment Follow all safety procedures and company policies Requirements: Stable work history- current resume required High school diploma or GED required Comfortable using computers and programming production equipment Ability to multitask in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Ability to push and maneuver large rolls of paper using carts Manufacturing or machine operation experience is preferred What's in it for you?
