Title : BIM Coordinator Type : Direct Hire; On-Site Hours : Full-Time / 9-hours M-Thur, Half Day Fridays Pay : $80,000-120,000 Locations : Phoenix, AZ; Chandler, AZ OPT welcome to apply. The company can potentially offer future H1b sponsorship or EB2/3 visa based on performance. Responsibilities Assist the design team in modeling either electrical or mechanical systems for construction projects. Coordinate with designers to meet project requirements and input content into Revit models and AutoCAD drawings. Produce accurate and timely construction design documents using Revit and/or AutoCAD. Adhere to company Revit/AutoCAD standards while seeking workflow optimization and improvement. Develop a working knowledge of the mechanical or electrical systems being modeled. Qualifications Advanced experience and skills and 7+ years working knowledge of current versions of Revit and AutoCAD Strong logical reasoning, organizational, and workflow skills. Excellent oral and written communication abilities. Ability to work effectively within a team structure and demonstrate a strong work ethic. Willingness to learn and grow professionally. Successful completion of a pre-employment Revit software evaluation. Bilingual in Mandarin is a huge plus.
