Member Service Agent (Member Relations Center)

As a Member Service Agent, you will be forefront of providing exceptional member service while assisting members on the phone. This position is located at the Ottumwa Richmond branch, back office. This position also works roughly 2 Saturdays a month from 8am-1pm. Fluency in both English and Spanish is preferred, but not required. Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications is essential for this role, as you will be responsible for accurately inputting and maintaining member information.
