HR Generalist Why This Opportunity Stands Out: Make an immediate, visible impact during a critical transition period Own payroll end‑to‑end with full exposure to ADP Workforce Now Next Gen Hybrid schedule after onboarding (3 days onsite, 2 remote) Work with a task‑oriented, collaborative team Free onsite parking and a strong benefits culture Ideal for experienced HR professionals who enjoy being a trusted support partner Key Responsibilities for the HR Generalist: Process biweekly payroll for approximately 33 salaried, multi‑state employees Review payroll reports and investigate discrepancies and deductions Support recruiting logistics including sourcing, screening, and interview scheduling Document and escalate employee relations matters as needed Qualifications for the HR Generalist: Strong hands‑on ADP payroll experience (Workforce Now Next Gen preferred) Prior HR Generalist experience; nonprofit background is a plus Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel (basic–intermediate), Outlook, and Teams Ability to operate independently in a high‑trust, temporary role Salary : $80,000 – $90,000 Qualified candidates please submit your resume for immediate consideration for this exciting job opportunity!
