Isa’s Hair Salon is looking for a Hairdresser / Cosmetologist to join our team.

Hair Stylist Assistant to Elite Stylist — Job Description

Requirements

Experience in hair cutting, styling, coloring, and basic treatments
Strong client-service skills with a professional, polished presentation
Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
Team-oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
Cosmetology license preferred (or currently in progress)

Responsibilities

Assist the lead/elite hairstylist during client appointments (prep, sectioning, shampoo, blow-dry support, color support as permitted)
Perform hair services as assigned by the lead stylist, aligned with client needs and salon standards
Support client consultations by observing preferences and helping ensure the plan is executed smoothly
Maintain a clean, organized workstation before, during, and after each client
Follow salon hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards at all times
Help maintain supplies, tools, and product organization to keep appointments on schedule
