Qualifications

  • Proven experience in business development within commercial sectors
  • Existing book of business
  • Strong relationships in sectors such as senior living, multifamily, hospitality, healthcare, schools, and property management
  • Track record of generating and closing large commercial opportunities ($1M+)
  • Self-starter with strong networking and relationship-building skills
Job Overview
  • Drive new business opportunities across commercial sectors
  • Generate and close projects exceeding $1M in value
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams to transition projects from sales to operations
  • Achieve first-year revenue target of $500K+
  • Represent the company at networking events, client meetings, and industry functions
  • Work alongside an existing team of Business Development professionals
