Fabio Trabocchi Restaurants by James Beard Award Winning and Michelin-Starred Chef Fabio Trabocchi are now accepting applications for our Hostess opportunity within our acclaimed and celebrated restaurant, Sfoglina Pasta House, located in Rosslyn, Virginia.

Sfoglina (pronounced "sfoal-yee-nah") is named for the female artisans and Italian cultural icons that carry on the tradition of rolling sheets of pasta by hand with a rolling pin, a technique passed through the generations.

We are seeking experienced and confident people who understand the standards of world class service and hospitality, so if you'd like to be a part of a growing restaurant group and work with some of the region's best hospitality and culinary professionals, we would love to meet you!

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1-2 years of hosting experience in a upscale dining or upscale restaurant/luxury hotel preferred, excellent guest service skills will be considered in lieu of restaurant experience for the right candidate
• An appetite for providing memorable hospitality
• Excellent emotional self-awareness under pressure
• Gracious and pleasant demeanor with a positive attitude
• Must have fall availability
• Professional appearance and grooming standards appropriate for a premier fine dining restaurant
