Registered Nurse - Emergency Room

Job Summary:
Seeking experienced Registered Nurse for night shifts in the Emergency Room. This position offers flexible scheduling options with the opportunity for first-time travel nurses.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality emergency nursing care to patients in a fast-paced environment.
• Assess patient conditions and prioritize care based on acuity.
• Administer medications, treatments, and procedures according to physician orders.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Document patient information accurately in electronic medical records.
• Float to other units as needed, maintaining competence across related areas.

Qualifications:

• Hold active RN license, pending NM/Compact license acceptance prior to start.
• Possess at least 2 years of ER nursing experience preferred.
• Obtain and maintain BLS, ACLS, NIH, PALS certifications.
• Be comfortable working 12-hour night shifts from 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM.
• Demonstrate ability to work weekends, with at least 6 weekend shifts in a 6-week schedule.
• Willingness to comply with travel requirements and adhere to facility policies.
