Registered Nurse (RN)We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality care for residents in a long-term care environment. The successful candidate will work with a team to support geriatric residents, focusing on wound care management and overall well-being, without the need for acute care interventions.Responsibilities:Deliver direct patient care, including assessments and documentation.Implement and monitor the nursing plan of care.Provide oversight and support to LPN and CNA colleagues.Administer medications in accordance with policies and procedures.Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the healthcare team.Demonstrate flexibility and strong delegation skills in daily tasks.Requirements:Current RN license in New York State.Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a long-term care setting.Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.Desired Skills:Excellent communication skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Strong organizational and time management abilities.
