Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and qualified Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to join our team. The position primarily involves working in a variety of clinical settings, providing comprehensive respiratory care to patients. As a member of our healthcare team, you will be committed to delivering high-quality patient care while collaborating with medical staff and other healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

• Administer respiratory therapy treatments in accordance with established protocols.
• Initiate and manage ventilator support for patients as needed.
• Perform diagnostic tests and interpret results; collaborate with physicians in patient care planning.
• Maintain accurate patient records and document all therapeutic interventions.
• Educate patients and their families on respiratory care plans and therapies.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of experience preferred, particularly in emergency or critical care settings.
• Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications.
• NC RRT License required.
• Associate Degree in Respiratory Care or higher.
